Our pressure control valves keep hydraulic circuit pressure on an even keel. We offer flow and pressure capabilities of 1-190 l/min [0.3-50 US gal/min] and up to 415 bar [6,000 psi], respectively. There are two kinds of pressure control valve, respectively direct acting and pilot operated pressure control valve.
Direct acting pressure control valve
The direct acting pressure control valve allows the fluid to flow from 2 to 1 until the pressure at 1 reaches the preset value. Then the spool moves and limits the inlet fluid at 2 (pressure reducing mode) or open the gate and let the fluid from 1 to 3 (relief mode), thus it keeps the adjusting pressure at 1. When the pressure at the pilot operated pressure control valve reaches the preset value, the pilot oil lifts the pilot valve spool off the valve seat, which generates differential pressure at the two ends of the main valve spool, thus it opens the main valve spool and keeps the adjusting pressure at 1.
